This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns may be granted for products or services purchased through AiwaCar (“we”, “our”, or “us”). This policy complies with the applicable laws and consumer protection regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
1. Vehicle Sales Between Users
We are an online platform that connects buyers and sellers of vehicles. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the vehicles listed. As such:
- All vehicle sales are final between buyers and sellers.
- No refunds or returns are available for vehicles once a sale has been completed.
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for verifying the vehicle’s condition, documentation, and legal status before completing the transaction.
- We encourage buyers to inspect vehicles, request RTA testing reports, and confirm the ownership and service history before making payment.
2. Paid Platform Services (Listings, Ads, etc.)
We may offer paid services, including but not limited to:
- Premium Listings or Featured Ads
- Listing Upgrades (e.g., top of search, homepage features)
- Subscription Packages
- Transaction or payment processing services
Refunds for Platform Services:

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase and provide evidence of the issue. All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment, within 7–14 business days.
- Transaction or processing fees may be deducted unless the issue was caused by us.
4. Disputes Between Buyers and Sellers
We are not responsible for disputes between users. However, we may assist in facilitating communication or reporting fraud to the appropriate UAE authorities.
For serious issues (e.g., fraud, stolen vehicles), users should immediately contact the Police, RTA, or relevant local authority.
